Calming Earl Grey Tea Porridge

1 1/2 cups water
2/3 cups rolled oats (I just use the quick cook ones)
2 bags Earl Grey Tea
1 packet Natural Calm by Natural Vitality
any toppings you’d likeInstructions
  1. Bring the water to a boil, and steep the tea bags for 2-3 minutes. (Sometimes I will let them sit for up to 20 minutes, but it depends on how you like your tea). Remove the tea bags after steeping, and allow to cool. Mix in the Natural Calm packet, stir well to dissolve, then add the oats.
  2. Keep refrigerated overnight, and enjoy in the morning! Serve with some milk, fruit, honey, or sugar vytorin cream.
