What you'll need:
- A clean 4-ounce bottle with a fine-mist setting. Glass or metal is preferable, as essential oils can eat through plastic.
- 2 ounces of distilled water.
- 1-ounce alcohol; vodka will do. You don't have to use alcohol, but the spray won't last as long without it.
- Essential oils. We suggest organic because they are grown without pesticides. See blend ideas below.
Shake the bottle well before each use, as the oils tend to sit on the surface.
Create your own custom diffuser scents by mixing and matching 5 to 20 drops of the following essential oils.
Calming: valerian, lavender, chamomile
Energizing: grapefruit, basil, rosemary, peppermint
Confidence boosting: orange and rosemary
Deodorizing: rosemary, mint, eucalyptus, lemon, oregano
