Q: How do I enter?

A: Make a qualifying purchase of a participating Natural Vitality Calm product in-store, online, or on Amazon and keep your receipt handy. When you're ready, take a photo of your receipt and upload it on this site.

For each qualifying purchase (1 participating Calm product), you'll receive 1 sweepstakes entry for a chance to win the grand prize. For your first qualifying purchase, you'll receive a $20 Off coupon for an Annual Subscription to Calm.com – terms and conditions of coupon apply.


Q: Can I enter without making a purchase?

A: Yes, you can enter via mail-in for a chance to win. See the Official Rules for complete details.


Q: What is the time frame for uploading my receipt from date of purchase?

A: The purchase date must be during the promotion period of 2/1/20 – 12/31/20 for the purchase to be considered eligible.


Q: Will a credit card receipt be accepted?

A: Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept credit card receipts as they do not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met. You can however use online purchase receipts, as long as it includes all the information outlined.


Q: How many receipts can I upload?

A: You can make 10 qualifying purchases total, or purchase 10 Calm products, and upload up to 10 receipts. Your purchases do not need to be on separate receipts; you may have all 10 purchases on one receipt. After uploading a photo of your receipt, you'll receive an email within 72 hours letting you know if it has been approved or not.

Limit 10 sweepstakes entries per person. Limit 1 entry per qualifying purchase.


Q: Why do receipts need to be reviewed?

A: Our security team reviews all receipts to make record of any fraudulent activity so that all entrants have a fair chance to win. Any fraudulent submissions or use of fictitious names, multiple addresses, or P.O. Boxes to obtain additional entries will be disqualified and may violate federal or state laws.


Q: I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?

A: Try these troubleshooting tips:

1. Make sure you're using the most up to date version of your browser.
2. Check to see that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
3. Clear your browser's cookies and cache.


Q: Can I change my registration info for this promotion?
